How It Works
Initial Contact
To get started, you can either call us, visit our showroom, or create a bid request online. After a phone call or visit, one of our sales staff will help you with the information to start a bid. If you requested a bid online, we’ll direct you to our Virtual Cabinet Designer to customize your bid.
Meet-up & Measurements
After receiving your bid, a salesperson will typically meet you at the project site for field measurements in order to generate CAD renderings of your future cabinets and/or countertops. At that point, you can either come back to the showroom, use the Cabinet Configurator, or a combination of both to complete your selections and designs.
Production
Once you make your design selections and sign off on paperwork, your project will go into production. Throughout the process, we’ll never leave you hanging. Our production team will check in every week to update the schedule and ensure we’re meeting your timeline.
Installation
On installation day we’ll send out our in-house crew of professional installers. Most projects are finished in a day, but larger projects may take several days. Since most cabinets are installed unfinished and ready to paint, we typically don’t install the hardware until your painters are done. After your cabinets are finished, we’ll send another crew to install your hardware, make final adjustments, and complete a final inspection to ensure your cabinets are in tip-top shape.
